India’s COVID-19 response limited by strong urban and tech bias
India's response to the second wave of COVID-19 glosses over the lack of infrastructure and technology know-how in rural India.
Rashika Narain is a lawyer and mediator based in Mumbai. She graduated from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences and is currently working with Agami on the online disputes resolution and digital courts initiatives. At Agami she works closely with the e-committee of the Supreme Court and has assisted in drafting the vision document for phase III of the e-courts project. In the past she has worked with the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and formulated the vision and mission statement for their Centre for Mediation and Conciliation. She began her career as a capital markets lawyer at L&L Partners.
