    Ratan Lal Regar is a social worker from Sarod village in Rajasthan’s Bhilwara district. He is currently serving as a community resource person for his panchayat. Having worked with several organisations in different capacities to establish and promote sound governance mechanisms, he aims to pass on the information and knowledge he has gained to fellow community members and strengthen their capacities to sustain a robust system of local governance and accountability.
