Shivaji Chinchkar is a development practitioner working in the field of education. He has previously managed programme implementations, government partnerships, donor relations, and strategic operations verticals at national and international organisations. He currently leads the Reach to Teach Project Management Unit at the Department of School Education, Haryana. Shivaji has been a Gandhi Fellow at Kaivalya Education Foundation, Gujarat, where he worked with government schools on improving public school leadership. He is a research scholar at TISS, Mumbai.
