Sohini Mookherjee is the capacity building lead at CLEAR South Asia, hosted by J-PAL South Asia. Sohini works with governments, donors, and nonprofits to enhance their monitoring and evaluation (M&E) capacities, systems, and frameworks. She also offers technical and strategic guidance to develop country-specific M&E frameworks and targeted knowledge products for governments. In this role, Sohini partners with the Global Evaluation Initiative, a global M&E network co-led by the World Bank’s Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) and UNDP, to advance evidence-based decision-making in South Asia.
