Stuti teaches leadership at Harvard University and her research centres around leadership, identity, and scaling feedback for people development. She previously spent a decade in the education sector in India with Pratham Education Foundation and Kaivalya Education Foundation. She holds an MS from the University of Southern California and a doctorate in education from Harvard University.
