    Swati is an executive at Aajeevika Bureau, specialising in the collectivisation of labour, advocacy for women workers, and promoting occupational safety and health. Her professional journey includes working with the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS) and contributing to a collaborative gender-focused project with Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Vidhayak Trust. She holds a Master’s degree in Development from Azim Premji University.
