Uma Chatterjee is a mental health professional, Ashoka Fellow, and social entrepreneur working towards social and political equity for marginalised communities. She co-founded Sanjog, ChangeMantras, and Torii—organisations focused on social equity, leadership development, and tackling intergenerational trauma. Her collective impact programmes have driven landmark changes in India, and she is now expanding her work to Japan and other Asian countries through Torii.
