India’s COVID-19 response limited by strong urban and tech bias

Varun Aggarwal is the founder and lead at India Migration Now, a migration research, policy, and advocacy organisation. His initial experience with migration research was at the European Institute for Asian Studies in Brussels, where he focused on integration policies for asylum seekers and migrants in the EU. Following this, he worked with Dvara Research (previously IFMR Finance Foundation) in Chennai on digital financial inclusion. Varun obtained a BA in Mathematics from the University of Washington in Seattle and an MSc in Economics from Maastricht University.
