Y. Malini Reddy is professor of urban governance at Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. She has more than 20 years of experience in teaching, research, consulting, and entrepreneurship in the sectors of sanitation and urban governance. She leads initiatives on Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) in schools, social entrepreneurship, and is engaged as Project Manager in several international and national assignments in the areas of sanitation, smart cities, and improvements in public service design and delivery.
