Vijayaragavan Prabakaran is an education strategist focused on closing the gaps between policy, implementation, and institutional learning. Over the past decade, Vijayaragavan's work has spanned nonprofit, government-adjacent, and international development contexts in South Asia, the Middle East, and the US, including roles with Teach For India, UNESCO, the World Bank, and Madhi Foundation. Vijayaragavan has a particular interest in how institutions learn, adapt, and act on evidence in complex, under-resourced systems. Vijayaragavan holds a master's in International Education Policy from Harvard University.
