Chakradhar Buddha is a co-founder and senior researcher at LibTech India, where he works on strengthening transparency and accountability in digital welfare systems. His work focuses on MGNREGA, RTI, and access to social protection among Adivasi communities. Combining field research, data analysis, and policy engagement, Chakradhar examines how digital governance shapes the delivery of welfare rights and affects citizens’ everyday interactions with the state. Before co-founding LibTech India, he was associated with movements for social justice, including land rights struggles, and worked closely with rural and Adivasi communities.
