Dhvani Doshi provides support for Global Fund for Children’s grantmaking and capacity building in India. Prior to consulting for GFC, she led several initiatives during her four-year tenure at Teach for India, where she specialised in programme operations, external partnerships, and human resources. While at Teach for India, she spent two years as a teacher and guide for 50 inner-city children from Malwani, one of the most violent and troubled neighbourhoods in the city of Mumbai. Dhvani also worked as the consulting program director for the Green Batti Project, a one-on-one mentoring program that pairs youth from under-resourced communities with young professionals. Dhvani holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Mumbai.
