Is Meghalaya learning to read its own health data?
Meghalaya needs health data that reflects its ethnic and geographic diversity. Sophisticated dashboards are only half the solution.
Jasmine Maringmei works at the Indian Institute of Public Health, Shillong. Prior to this, she worked as a health systems and policy research specialist with the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, Exemplars in Global Health Network. Jasmine has also held positions in the governments of Delhi and Manipur. She is a senior fellow at Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity and holds an MPhil from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
