Jwalika Balaji is a research fellow at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. She undertakes legislative drafting and independent research in the areas of regulation, equality law, human rights, and family law. She holds a BA LLB (Hons) degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and a BCL from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. Jwalika is published regularly in print media as well as in academic blogs and journals.
