A young cricketer helps her community rethink gender equality
A day in the life of a 17-year-old-girl who is just as passionate about playing cricket as she is about working towards gender equality in society.
Lusi Sharma is an 11th standard student at Khanna High School in Kolkata. She is a child rights champion and a voice for gender equality in her community. She is also a skilled cricketer and represented India as the vice-captain of Team North India at the Street Child Cricket World Cup 2019 in London.
