Malavika Rachel Pavamani Archives

Malavika brings 15 years of experience in the youth development sector. She joined Pravah in 2011, taking on roles spanning curriculum design, capacity building for grassroots organisations, and sustainability support for youth-led start-ups. She is an Acumen Fellow (2022) and has represented youth leadership issues in working groups convened by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, the Commonwealth, and United Nations forums. For the past six years, she has led Partnerships and Communications at Pravah, influencing investment and narrative to build a youth-responsive ecosystem in India.
