Mukta Joshi is a projects director at ideas42. A development economist by training, she has extensive experience in applied research across multiple disciplines and geographies. Before joining ideas42, Mukta worked with the World Bank and International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington D.C. Mukta holds a Ph.D. in development economics from Ohio State University and a bachelor’s and master’s in economics from Mumbai University in India.
