Nayanika Das is associated with Pravah, a youth development organisation working since 1993 to nurture young people as leaders and co-creators of social change. At Pravah, she works at the intersection of leadership, impact measurement, and organisational systems, with a particular interest in strengthening the field and the actors who make change possible. Her background spans community-based psychosocial work, fundraising, and communications. She holds a Master's in Social Work in Mental Health from TISS, Mumbai, and a Bachelor's in Journalism from Sophia College, Mumbai.
