Pankhuri Shah is founder at Project DEEP, where she leads programmes and research across design and execution. Prior to that, she worked at Dasra, where she played a key role in building the collaborative on labour rights and also provided capacity building support to nonprofits. Pankhuri holds a CFA certification, and spent nearly a decade in research and private sector consulting before transitioning to the social impact sector.
