Having worked in the public health and nutrition sectors for more than three decades, Rajiv Tandon has occupied senior leadership positions at PATH India, USAID, Save the Children, Action Against Hunger, and Rotary International. He has also served on various high level task forces including at Stanford Centre for International Development, Harvard School of Public Health, as well as Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. From 2007-2014 Rajiv coordinated multi-stakeholder coalitions for sustainable nutrition security and for Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health in India. He has also represented the nonprofit stakeholder group on the executive committee and board of Partnership of Maternal Newborn Child Health (PMNCH). Rajiv is a Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a specialisation in Pediatrics from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences. He is also Visiting Professor for Public Health and Paediatrics of KLE University, Belagavi and IIT Delhi.
