Attracting young leaders to the social sector
Young professionals from the private sector can bring valuable skills to the social sector, but nonprofits often struggle to attract and retain them. How can this change?
Rajneesh Chowdhury
Rajneesh Chowdhury heads the Centre of Excellence for Leadership at India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS). He holds an MA in Sociology, and a PhD and an MSc in Systems Thinking. His international career spans over two decades across management consulting and social impact. He has authored two books and numerous peer-reviewed articles. Prior to ILSS, Rajneesh was instrumental in designing and launching a groundbreaking master’s programme in systems thinking and leadership for the UK civil service at the Birmingham Leadership Institute.
