Ritika Gupta leads the research unit at Catalyst Management Services, where she focuses on macroeconomic research, industry sector assessments, gender, livelihoods, and inclusion. With more than 15 years of experience, she has led evaluations of large-scale programmes such as the NRLP–NRETP and gender-transformative livelihood initiatives with tribal women, including a national skilling programme. Ritika holds a postgraduate degree in financial management, and has prior research experience with the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy. Through her work, she brings together data, evidence, and community voices to rethink how impact is understood—not just in outcomes but also through shifts in power, confidence, and lived experiences.
