Rukmini Banerji

Dr Rukmini Banerji is the CEO of Pratham and the director of ASER Centre, the autonomous research and assessment unit of Pratham. Her work at Pratham, since 1996, has focussed on designing and implementing large-scale programmes to help primary school children learn well. She holds a BA from St Stephen’s College, was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, and earned her PhD from the University of Chicago.
