She coordinates projects on climate change, biodiversity, environmental health, planetary health, sustainable development goals, and gender for the platform. She has previously worked with The Quint and the Indo-Asian News Service. Sahana also mentors aspiring journalists and is a guest lecturer at the Statesman School of Print Journalism, Kolkata.
