She is the founding fellow of Better World Initiative with Genpact and has more than 13 years of experience in consulting and training in capacity building, design thinking, and process transformation. Shreya has been involved in multi-stakeholder projects in India and overseas for organisations including Larsen & Toubro, EdelGive, AVPN, DHFL, Primark, TEF Kuwait, and Ministry of Defence.
