Stutilina Pal is a programme manager at SRIJAN and leads the operations in central India. She has been a recipient of Chevening Scholarship. With more than 14 years of experience of working at the ground level, she currently leads BIWAL (Bundelkhand Initiatives for Water Agriculture and Livelihood), a large-scale community-driven project. Her interest lies in gender equality, public water management, and ensuring women’s empowerment through their participation in grassroots democracy.
