Stutilina Pal  is a programme director at SRIJAN. Her areas of expertise are gender, women’s empowerment, public water management, and grassroots democratic interventions. In a career of more than 17 years, she has led multiple studies and interventions on improving the livelihoods of vulnerable communities and regions in some of the most disadvantaged districts of India. Stutilina was awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship to pursue a master’s in gender and development from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, UK.
