What makes a digital tool work at scale?
Many digital tools overlook how people actually work. Here's what it takes to build technology that works across public systems and field realities.
Tejashwa Tiwari is a public policy and development professional working at the intersection of governance, data, and technology. Tejashwa's work includes enabling collaboration between governments and NGOs through Samanvay, serving as product manager for Sashakt (a digital platform for women-led institutions), and giving governments actionable insights through analytics and visualisation tools. Previously, Tejashwa worked on technology policy, digital governance, and political consulting. Tejashwa's interests lie in strengthening public systems through evidence-based decision-making.
