Vandana Menon-Image

Vandana Menon is one of the founder-directors of The River Project. She is a film-maker and interdisciplinary visual storyteller based between Bangalore and Tezpur, India. Her work ranges from non-fiction films to immersive installations, and she is involved in video, sound, and projection mapping. Across the subcontinent, in London, Istanbul, and Germany, she has worked on several multidisciplinary collaborations with film-makers, playwrights, musicians, and dancers. Oral histories, arts and culture, and rights-based conservation of the environment are some of the spaces she explores through her work.
