Venkateswarlu Kuruva has been working with LibTech India for the past eight years. His work focuses on documenting ground-level implementation of welfare schemes such as MGNREGA and PDS. Primarily based in Raichur district, Karnataka, he studies how digital systems such as Aadhaar affect access to social security benefits. Venkateswarlu also conducts trainings for nonprofit staff, rural youth, and grassroots activists on welfare rights and digital governance.
