રાઈટ્સ ઓફ પરસન્સ વિથ ડિસેબિલિટી (આરપીડબલ્યુડી - વિકલાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિઓના અધિકારો) અધિનિયમ, 2016 માં શિક્ષણ અને રોજગારથી લઈને આરોગ્યસંભાળ ભથ્થાં સુધીની જોગવાઈઓ હેઠળ વિકલાંગોને આ અધિકારોની બાંયધરી આપવામાં આવે છે.
