    Alex Counts is an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University, a nonprofit consultant, and a writer. He is also the founder of Grameen Foundation, where he served as president and CEO for 18 years, and is currently the director of the India Philanthropy Alliance. His most recent book is When in Doubt, Ask for More: And 213 Other Life and Career Lessons for the Mission-Driven Leader.
