Rohit Bhatt is a research associate at Nāgrika. He is an architect, urban planner, and researcher working at the intersection of sustainability, resilience, and vernacular knowledge systems. Originally from Bageshwar, Uttarakhand, Rohit is committed to exploring context-driven, community-centred planning approaches that respond to the socio-ecological challenges of small towns and fragile urban geographies. He holds a master’s in city planning from IIT Kharagpur and a bachelor’s in architecture from AKTU Lucknow.
