Siddesh Sarma is co-founder and chief programmes officer at Leadership For Equity. He has a degree in education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He represented SCERT, Maharashtra, on two NCERT committees, and has worked as a consultant with the School Education Department, Government of Maharashtra, for the past five years.
