Srivathsan Ramaswamy is a co-founder and director at Nilay Foundation, where he works on equipping nonprofits, CSRs, governments, and research institutions to measure, understand, and improve outcomes so vulnerable populations can be served effectively. A systems reform practitioner working at the intersection of governance, data, and social impact, Srivathsan has led large-scale public programmes in partnership with governments. His work focuses on building monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems, and strengthening last-mile implementation.
