Divya Pamnani
Divya Pamnani is an independent monitoring and evaluation (M&E) consultant. Prior to this, she worked at Educate Girls, project managing the world's first development impact bond in education. On the bond, her work included managing district-wide field operations in Rajasthan and relationship management with bond stakeholders. Divya was responsible for developing and rolling out a performance management system to keep track of outcomes achieved on the bond.Before that, Divya spent three years in the US working for a healthcare organisation, helping develop performance measures for national accountability programmes. Divya has a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
