अंतर्गत प्रतीभेचे व्यवस्थापन ही सतत शिकण्याची आणि सुधारण्याची प्रक्रिया आहे. लोकांना अग्रस्थानी ठेवणारी संस्थात्मक संस्कृती तयार करण्यात मदत होइल अशा काही टिपा येथे दिल्या आहेत.
Imrana
Imrana is a first-year BA student from Piproli village, Alwar, Rajasthan. She is a Savitri Phule Leadership Fellow with Ibtada. Under this fellowship, Ibtada identifies a cadre of young girl leaders from rural communities who receive training and mentoring to emerge as change agents. Imrana is also a part of Ibtada’s Girl Resource Centre programme, where she mentors other girls on education and career, and recruits new fellows.
