Manjula Bharathy-Image

Manjula Bharathy is a professor and former dean at School of Habitat Studies, TISS. She was a Fulbright scholar in gender studies at Rutgers University. Manjula has been a member of a central advisory committee on Panchayati Raj and an expert committee on decentralised planning for areas under the Sixth Schedule. She has authored several books and her articles have appeared in national and international journals. Manjula has been invited to deliver lectures at London School of Economics and universities in Toronto, Rosario, California, New Jersey, Florida, Carolina, Arizona, and New Mexico.
