Sreya P is a consultant at MicroSave Consulting, working at the intersection of financial inclusion, digital finance, and startup ecosystems across fintech, climate tech, and agtech. She has worked with India's fintech startup ecosystem through the Financial Inclusion Lab, in the Bharat Inclusion Initiative (BII) led by IIMA Ventures, where MicroSave provided technical assistance to early-stage fintech startups. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
