Alena Kahle is an associate fellow in the criminal justice team at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. She is a consultant on human rights advocacy. She holds an MSc in Sociology of Law from Lund University and a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Leiden University College The Hague. Her work at Vidhi focuses on evaluating the performance of the legislative and judiciary in criminal justice and international best practices in criminal law reform.
