Parijat Ghosh is part of the research and knowledge management team at PRADAN. She has more than 20 years of experience working with marginalised communities in the Central Indian Plateau, specifically in strengthening community organisations and livelihoods. Parijat has also worked with PRADAN's human resource development unit to design and conduct early training. She is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of International Women's Studies.
