Pavan Kevat is a labour rights advocate and formerly worked at Chhabra Thermal Power Plant in Rajasthan. He plays an important role in organising workers at the plant, consistently raising concerns regarding minimum wages and bonus entitlements, often leading strikes and building collective strength to demand improved working conditions. Beyond his labour advocacy work at the plant, Pavan is a dedicated leader in social justice movements. He currently serves as Block Adhyaksh of the Bhim Army Bharat Ekta Mission and is associated with the Aazad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram), where he works for the empowerment of marginalised communities. Additionally, he holds a leadership position as Adhyaksh within the Kevat community.
