An effective community mobilizer and trainer, he is also an empaneled National Resource Person for the National Rural Livelihood Mission and works closely with various national organizations. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director at the Voluntary Health Association of Tripura, where he is a well-recognized figure in the social development sector of Tripura.
