What frontline social workers need to stay safe at work
Frontline social workers often work without adequate safety, fair pay, or psychosocial support. What would it take for organisations and funders to change that?

Previously, Tamanna was a fundraiser at Civis and a research and communications consultant at HAQ: Centre for Child Rights. She has taught literature at Ashoka University, Haryana, and Nirma University, Gujarat, and holds an MPhil in English Literature from Delhi University.
