Tsering Chosdon is a community mobiliser and a dairy operations expert at Lalungma Dairy Unit in Gya-Meru, Ladakh. She is responsible for managing daily operations and production processes, record keeping, and maintaining sales reports. With hands-on experience in community-based enterprise development, she also works on strengthening sustainable dairy practices in her area.
