Radhika Nayar

Radhika Nayar is a philanthropy and partnerships advisor at IDR. With more than 15 years of experience in the social sector, Radhika began her career in India at Dasra, and has served as a director at Arabella Advisors and of a US-based family foundation. Her work has spanned advising donors, building donor networks and collaborative funds, and fundraising and partnership development for nonprofits.  She is dedicated to driving more philanthropy to India and advancing gender equality in the US and globally. Radhika serves on the board of Sakhi for South Asian Survivors in New York City and holds a BA from Wellesley College.
