
Rajika Seth leads partnerships and business development at IDR in addition to heading IDR Hindi, where she drives editorial strategy and execution. She setup and built IDR’s Hindi presence to expand access to high-quality development knowledge for organisations and practitioners in Hindi-speaking regions.
Rajika is a development sector professional with nearly 20 years of experience working across governance, youth development, education, citizen–state engagement, and gender. She has led teams and initiatives spanning strategy, training and facilitation, programme design, and research.
Prior to IDR, she built and led the capacity-building vertical at the Accountability Initiative at Centre for Policy Research. Rajika has also worked with Teach For India, Nehru Memorial Museum and Library, and CREA.
She holds a BA in English Literature from University of Delhi and an MA in Development Studies from IDS, University of Sussex.
