સ્નેહા ફિલિપ આઈડીઆર ખાતે કન્ટેન્ટ ડેવલપમેન્ટ અને ક્યુરેશનનું નેતૃત્વ કરે છે. આઈડીઆર પહેલા તેઓએ દસરા અને એડલગિવ ફાઉન્ડેશનમાં સંશોધન અને પરિશ્રમના કાર્યક્ષેત્રમાં આરોગ્ય, સ્વચ્છતા, લિંગ અને સ્ટ્રેટેજિક ફિલાન્ત્રોપી (ધોરણાત્મક પરોપકાર) જેવા મુદ્દાઓ પર કામ કર્યું હતું. સ્નેહાએ આઈસેક (એઆઈઈઈસી) માં પણ કામ કર્યું હતું - આઈસેક વિશ્વની સૌથી મોટી યુવા-સંચાલિત બિન-નફાકારક સંસ્થા છે, તેઓ બુડાપેસ્ટ, હંગેરીમાં એક ભાષા પ્રશિક્ષણ કંપનીના સ્થાપક સભ્ય હતા. તેમણે ઈન્સ્ટિટ્યુટ ઓફ ડેવલપમેન્ટ સ્ટડીઝ, યુનિવર્સિટી ઓફ સસેક્સમાંથી ડેવલપમેન્ટ સ્ટડીઝમાં એમએ અને સેન્ટ ઝેવિયર્સ કોલેજ, મુંબઈમાંથી અર્થશાસ્ત્રમાં બીએ કર્યું છે.
