Sreya P is a consultant at MicroSave Consulting. She works at the intersection of financial inclusion, digital finance, and start-up ecosystems across FinTech, climate tech, and AgTech. She has worked with the Financial Inclusion Lab and the Bharat Inclusion Initiative (BII), led by IIMA Ventures, where MicroSave provided technical assistance to early-stage FinTech start-ups. Sreya holds a master’s degree in social work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
